The Patient Centre tool is restricted for use during trials. As such, a login is required to access the tool. The Patient Centre tool has been published with the intention that it will be useful, but without warranty, implied or explicit, of fitness for purpose. Using the tool indicates that you accept the Terms and Conditions of use.
Following go-live it is intended that Patient Centre will be freely available to the public for use with unrestricted access.
